Star Services LLC is seeking a skilled BMS Service Engineer to perform preventative maintenance and reactive service of building automation and HVAC control systems across multiple sites in the UAE. The role emphasizes fault finding, diagnostic tool use, and delivering technical recommendations to optimize customer systems.

The candidate should have strong technical foundations, customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently while ensuring safety and quality in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of HVAC fundamentals and building services systems.
• Experience working in a service or maintenance environment.
• Current Victorian Electrical Licence.
• Strong fault finding and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable working independently across multiple sites.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer engagement and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance and reactive service of building automation and HVAC control systems.
• Fault finding and rectification of control panels field devices networks and software.
• Use of diagnostic tools and remote service platforms to identify and resolve issues.
• Evaluation of customer systems and providing technical recommendations.
• Supporting site safety activities including OH&S compliance and risk assessments.
• Assisting with minor works upgrades and commissioning activities.
• Providing technical input into quotes planning and service delivery where required.
• Maintaining accurate service records reports and customer documentation.
• Building strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
