Job summary

The Danube Group is seeking a Recruitment Executive – Blue Collar to manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles in Dubai. You will source, screen, interview, coordinate documentation, and ensure timely deployment of qualified candidates to meet business needs.

Key duties include managing the full cycle, leveraging portals, agencies, social media and referrals, handling high-volume hiring, coordinating with HR and operations, and maintaining recruitment trackers and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5 years of blue-collar recruitment experience in UAE/GCC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle for blue-collar positions.
• Source candidates via portals, agencies, social media, referrals, walk-ins and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and availability.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain an active database of qualified blue-collar candidates.
• Coordinate with manpower suppliers, recruitment agencies, and sourcing partners.
• Follow up on documentation, medical tests, visa/work permits, and joining formalities.
• Ensure candidates are deployed within required timelines.
• Maintain recruitment records, trackers, and reports.
• Provide updates to candidates and coordinate with HR, Operations and PRO.
