Exeed Industries LLC is seeking a Recruitment Team Leader to oversee end-to-end blue-collar hiring, ensuring timely deployment while maintaining quality and compliance. You will supervise the recruitment team, coordinate with operations, and manage overseas hiring partners to meet manpower requirements.

The role demands 8-10 years in recruitment, especially in high-volume settings, with UAE/GCC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of recruitment experience, with significant exposure to blue-collar/high-volume recruitment.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, building materials, industrial, facilities management, contracting, or related sectors is highly desirable.
• UAE/GCC recruitment experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Management; professional HR certification an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and high-volume roles.
• Source candidates via local and overseas agencies, portals, referrals, databases, walk-in interviews, and campaigns.
• Organize bulk recruitment drives, trade tests, and selection campaigns.
• Supervise recruiters/coordinators handling blue-collar recruitment; allocate targets and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with operations and hiring departments; manage offers, mobilization and onboarding.
• Ensure documentation, visa processing, and onboarding readiness; maintain UAE employment compliance.
