Job summary

Azizi Group seeks a Technical Draftsman - MEP to produce MEP drawings and BIM models and coordinate across architectural, structural and ID disciplines. You will review IFC designs, develop GFC drawings, coordinate services, and generate MEP RCP and as-built drawings.

The role includes space planning, sections/details, and submission support while ensuring compliance with local authority standards. Strong CAD/BIM skills required.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural/structural/ID drawings to develop GFC drawings.
• Prepare GFC drawings from IFC design.
• Coordinate MEP services.
• Coordinate MEP RCP.
• Prepare As-built drawings.
• Space planning for MEP.
• Prepare sections and details.
• Support and follow up on document submission.
• Ensure drawings comply with local authority standards.
• Resubmit drawings after engineer comments.
• Prepare equipment/load schedules.
• Prepare schematic and single-line diagrams.
• Verify IFC designs for GFC drawings and raise discrepancies.
• Prepare builders work drawings.

GENERAL OBLIGATIONS

• As a representative of Studio 360 should maintain the integrity and sprit of the organization.
• Attend meetings and workshops as needed to contribute intellectually to the organizational needs. And if leading a meeting minute and share the notes as per set procedures immediately and follow up till task completion.

• Is required to devote himself/herself exclusively to the performance of his duty during the working hours and if required beyond for the efficient discharge of duties.
• To be in constant communication with LDP and immediate reporting authorities for deliverables an its status.
• Flag the risks of delays cost overruns and quality issues or any other to LDP and immediate reporting authority the moment its known.
• While going on vacation and during weekends be available on standby by mode when there are critical deliverables which affects our/client business needs. Set up Proxy system while not able to stay in communication so tasks are completed and RAs have constant update on the tasks for effective tracking.
• Be accountable for own work and subordinates work.
• Undertake structured Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
• Should be able to perform under pressure and tight targets.
• Follow all QA/QC check for all work procedures under the scope.
• Should be always in smart business attire.

Role Description:

• Produce MEP discipline Technical Drawings & Building Information Modelling as per project requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing architectural structural & ID drawings for the purpose of developing GFC drawings.
• Preparation of respective discipline GFC drawings from IFC design.
• Preparation of MEP Service coordination.
• Preparation of MEP RCP coordination.
• Preparation of As built drawings.
• MEP Space planning.

• Document submission process support & follow up.
• Ensuring Drawings are incompliance to local authority requirements & standards.
