Job summary

Studio 360 in Dubai invites applications for an Assistant Technical Lead to support the LDP department. You will work with the HOD on daily activities, track progress, and manage tasks while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

You should have a BS in Civil or Architecture with 10+ years experience, strong leadership and English communication. The role is on-site in Dubai with close collaboration across design teams and contractors.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil or Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of experience.
• Ability to lead the design and coordination process.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare RFP logs (subcontractors) and update trackers.
• Generate look-ahead schedules from the program and flag risks.
• Monitor GFC Logs with DC.
• Track RFI status weekly and follow up on delays.
• Follow up on INAXUX and highlight pending submittals.
• Prepare weekly office reports and report to S360 management.
• Work closely with CTO/HOD.
• Organize tasks, manage the team, and foster growth.
• Develop relationships with internal and external teams.
• Coordinate across disciplines and manage multiple projects.

• Is required to devote himself/herself exclusively to the performance of his duty during the working hours and if required beyond for the efficient discharge of duties.
• To be in constant communication with LDP and immediate reporting authorities for deliverables an its status.
• Flag the risks of delays cost overruns and quality issues or any other to LDP and immediate reporting authority the moment its known.
• While going on vacation and during weekends be available on standby by mode when there are critical deliverables which affects our/client business needs. Set up Proxy system while not able to stay in communication so tasks are completed and RAs have constant update on the tasks for effective tracking.
• Be accountable for own work and subordinates work.
• Undertake structured Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
• Should be able to perform under pressure and tight targets.
• Follow all QA/QC check for all work procedures under the scope.
• Should be always in smart business attire.

Role Description:

Assistant technical lead will work with HOD on daily activity and reports for the Office and tracking activities for internal addition monitoring the progress and status of tasks set by HOD for department heads

Requirements:

• Strong creative thinker with the ability to lead the creative process and develop intelligent. thoughtful and considered design.
• Good understanding of the construction process working with Design team & contractor as well.
• Ability to communicate design ideas visually and verbally within the studio and externally have excellent English language skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to provide alternative solutions to match with the site requirements.

Responsibilities:

• prepare RFP logs (subcontractor) and RFP update trackers
• Generate Look ahead from the engineering program and highlight the problems or risks.
• Monitor GFC Logs with DC
• Monitor the RFI status on weekly basis and follow up for delayed actions.
• Follow up the status of INAXUX and highlight the pending submittals for further action by TM.
• Prepare the weekly reports for the office and communicate with S360 management.
• Working closely with CTO HOD.
• Great organizational skills grasp of detail and the ability to think ahead program workflow and manage his team while helping them grow.
• Develop strong professional relationships with internal and external teams.
• Collaboration and coordination with other disciplines as required per each stage. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
