Job summary

Confidential Company in the UAE seeks an experienced BIM Modeler (4D/5D) to develop and manage architectural and structural BIM models in alignment with BEP. You will produce 4D simulations and ensure model integrity across disciplines using Synchro Pro and ACC for collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in BIM modelling, proficiency in Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD, and experience with complex geometries and themed projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or civil engineering.
• Exposure to large-scale entertainment projects is a plus.
• Strong BIM coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 3D BIM models (Architectural/Structural) per BEP.
• Produce 4D models aligning construction sequencing with data.
• Coordinate models from multiple disciplines into a unified BIM environment.
• Utilize ACC for design collaboration and model coordination workflows.
• Support BIM coordination and data structure naming conventions.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 3D BIM models (Architectural / Structural) in accordance with project requirements and BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
• Produce and integrate 4D models using Synchro Pro, aligning construction sequencing with model data
• Generate 2D drawings and detailed documentation directly from BIM models, ensuring accuracy and coordination
• Embed and manage geometric and non-geometric data, including asset information in line with Asset Information Modelling requirements
• Coordinate and integrate models from multiple disciplines and subcontractors into a unified BIM environment
• Utilize Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for design collaboration and model coordination workflows
• Create and manage families, components, annotations, and parametric elements in line with required Levels of Development (LOD)
• Develop complex geometries, including organic shapes and themed architectural elements, ensuring buildability
• Perform regular model checks, clash detection, and quality control to maintain model integrity
• Support BIM Coordinator in maintaining modelling standards, naming conventions, and data structures
• Contribute to coding, naming, and numbering protocols for BIM platforms and worksets
• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure alignment and coordination
• Review materials, finishes, and detailing within the model, proposing practical and cost-effective alternatives where required
