Job summary

Marsam Architects in Dubai is seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to create and manage building information models that provide a precise digital representation of our projects.

You will develop BIM models with Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks, work with architects and engineers to ensure coordination, generate construction drawings from BIM data, and help maintain standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a BIM Modeler.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of building construction methods, materials, and standards.
• Excellent technical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with clash detection and coordination processes.
• Knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations is a plus.
