Job summary

CNS in Dubai seeks an experienced BIM Architectural/Interior Design Modeler to develop and maintain accurate BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

You will prepare GA drawings and detailed interior joinery drawings, coordinate with Architecture, Structural and MEP, and participate in clash detection using Navisworks. The role emphasizes delivering construction documentation and updating models throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design enabling BIM workflows.
• 3–5 years of BIM Architectural/Interior Design modeling experience.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred to align with local practices.
• Strong coordination and communication skills within multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate to BIM models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Architectural/Interior BIM models in Revit.
• Prepare GA drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, RCP) and joinery drawings.
• Create BIM models per project requirements and BIM standards.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes.
• Participate in clash detection using Navisworks and coordination processes.
• Produce construction documentation, shop drawings, and as-built models.
• Ensure models meet client specs, local authority requirements and project standards.
• Update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support BIM Coordinators and Project Engineers to meet milestones.
• Maintain model quality and comply with LOD 300/350/400 requirements.

Job description

Develop and maintain accurate Architectural and Interior Design BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

Prepare detailed GA drawings floor plans elevations sections reflected ceiling plans RCP and detailed joinery interior drawings Create BIM models in accordance with project requirements and company BIM standards.

Coordinate with Architectural Structural and MEP disciplines to resolve design clashes.

Participate in clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks.

Produce construction documentation shop drawings and as-built models.

Ensure models comply with client specifications local authority requirements and project standards.

Update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.

Support BIM Coordinators and Project Engineers in delivering project milestones.

Maintain model quality accuracy and Level of Development LOD requirements.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a BIM Architectural/Interior Design Modeler.

UAE/GCC experience is preferred.

Strong proficiency in:

• Experience in Architectural and Interior Fit‑Out projects.
• Knowledge of LOD 300/350/400 standards.
