Job summary

PalladiumHR Consultants is seeking an Architectural & Structural BIM Modeler with strong Autodesk Revit experience to support modular building and steel structure projects. You will develop and manage accurate 3D BIM models, coordinating across disciplines and supporting construction documentation and quantity take-offs.

The role emphasizes clash detection, model integrity, and adherence to ISO 19650 standards, with opportunities to advance Revit workflows and training across teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit (Architecture & Structure).
• Experience with steel structures or modular industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Architectural & Structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Model modular buildings and related steel structures.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Revit, Navisworks, or BIM 360.
• Generate construction drawings, shop drawings, schedules and documentation sets.
• Conduct quantity take-offs (QTO) from BIM models for cost estimation.
• Integrate specifications, material data and asset information into BIM models.
• Maintain model integrity throughout the project lifecycle (design updates, as-builts).
• Apply parametric family creation and shared parameter management.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards (ISO 19650 / LOD).
• Support Revit implementation training and workflow improvements.

Job description

We are seeking a skilled Architectural & Structural BIM Modeler with strong Autodesk Revit experience to support modular building and steel structure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing accurate 3D BIM models coordinating across disciplines and supporting construction documentation and quantity take-offs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Architectural & Structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit

• Model modular buildings steel structures and related components

• Perform clash detection and coordination using Revit Navisworks or BIM 360

• Generate construction drawings shop drawings schedules and documentation sets

• Conduct quantity take-offs (QTO) from BIM models for cost estimation and procurement

• Integrate specifications material data and asset information into BIM models

• Maintain model integrity throughout the project lifecycle (design updates as-builts)

• Apply parametric family creation and shared parameter management

• Ensure compliance with BIM standards (ISO 19650 / LOD standards)

• Support Revit implementation training and workflow improvement initiatives

Core Requirements

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Navisworks BIM 360 or similar coordination tools

• Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations

• Ability to produce presentation-quality visualizations and renderings
