Job summary

CADD EMIRATES COMPUTER TRADING L.L.C is seeking a 4D BIM Specialist in the UAE to lead 4D sequencing and BIM coordination for complex theme park projects. You will develop, manage, and integrate 3D models and 2D drawings, ensuring BEP compliance and efficient information flow with stakeholders.

The role requires at least 5 years of architectural/structural BIM experience, strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Rhino, and familiarity with Synchro Pro for 4D modelling.

Qualifications

• . Minimum 5 years of experience in Architectural and Structural 3D BIM Modelling.

• . Strong 4D BIM modelling using Synchro Pro.
• . Experience with theme park/mir al projects preferred.
• . Knowledge of BEP, ICBS, and model coordination processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 4D construction sequencing models using project schedules and BIM models.
• Produce and manage 3D BIM models and associated 2D drawings per project standards and BEP.
• Incorporate asset data and parameters into BIM models.
• Generate BIM models according to ICBS structure.
• Prepare detailed 2D drafting deliverables and construction documents.
• Perform regular quality checks and model self-review for accuracy.
• Collaborate with BIM Coordinator and project stakeholders.
• Create Revit families, annotations, and templates per LOD requirements.
• Integrate multidisciplinary models and coordinate clash detection.
• Develop custom BIM components when required.
• Support coding conventions and workset workflows within BIM platforms.
• Collaborate with site and planning teams to visualize phasing and sequencing.

Industry Construction BIM Theme Park ProjectsMinimum 5 years of experience in Architectural and Structural 3D BIM Modelling Highly proficient in Autodesk Revit Navisworks AutoCAD and other modelling software such as Rhinoceros Rhino Strong expertise in 4D BIM Modelling using Synchro Pro Experience working on complex geometries organic forms themed elements and intricate construction models In-depth knowledge of BIM processes BIM Uses and Asset Information Modelling AIM Experience in Theme Park projects and MIRAL projects is preferred Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud ACC including Design Collaboration and Model Coordination modules Ability to coordinate effectively with subcontractors construction teams consultants and clients Strong understanding of construction materials finishes and detailing Ability to propose practical buildable and cost-effective design solutions Excellent communication and coordination skills

Roles Responsibilities

• Incorporate geometric and non-geometric information including asset data and parameters
• Generate BIM models according to the project s Information Container Breakdown Structure ICBS
• Prepare detailed 2D drafting deliverables and construction documentation
• Perform regular quality checks and model self-review to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Work closely with the BIM Coordinator and project stakeholders
• Create and maintain BIM content Revit families annotations and templates according to the required Level of Development LOD
• Integrate multidisciplinary models and perform model coordination activities
• Develop custom BIM components when required
• Support the implementation of coding naming conventions numbering systems and worksets within BIM platforms
• Collaborate with site and planning teams to visualize project phasing sequencing and construction methodologies
• Assist in clash detection model coordination and issue resolution
