Job summary

CSCEC ME in Dubai is seeking BIM Managers to join our technical team for large-scale projects. You will receive and manage multiple subcontractor models, coordinate weekly and monthly BIM reporting, and develop BIM execution plans from LOD 250 to LOD 500 for handover to FM.

We require a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and 10+ years of experience in building projects. You will lead coordination meetings, review clash detection, and support construction coordination and data-driven 3D layout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering required.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in building projects.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage multiple subcontractor models.
• Coordinate BIM reporting weekly and monthly with 4D/5D updates.
• Create BIM execution plan from LOD 250 to LOD 500 for FM handover.
• Maintain federated models for coordination.
• Review clash detection and manage model communications.

China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting BIM Managers to join our technical team in newly awarded Large Scale projects in Dubai.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and manage multiple subcontractor models
• Coordinate all BIM reporting process for the project weekly & monthly with updated Temporary ,Logistics & Permanent in reporting 4D& 5D
• Create BIM execution plan ,following project’s specifications, and work flow from LOD 250 till LOD 500 and handing over to FM
• Maintain and analyze federated model mainly for coordination purposes
• Review and analyze clash detection on federated model, Manage Communication of conflicts in model; both real and potential
• Schedule and facilitate coordination meetings along with Technical and construction team, where ever required
