The role emphasizes developing BEP, maintaining BIM standards, coordinating architectural, structural and MEP models, leading clash detection, model reviews, and ensuring BIM execution aligns with project requirements, client expectations, and Dubai standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 8+ years BIM experience in building construction projects.
• 3+ years in a BIM Manager / BIM Lead role.
• Strong UAE/GCC experience on large-scale building projects.
• Experience with contractors, consultants, or developers.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager – Building Projects to lead BIM implementation, coordination, and digital delivery across large-scale construction projects. The role will be responsible for managing BIM processes, coordinating multidisciplinary models, improving design coordination, and ensuring successful BIM execution throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement BIM execution plans (BEP) and BIM standards across projects.
• Manage BIM coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Lead clash detection, model reviews, and design coordination using BIM platforms.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements, standards, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Support project teams with 3D coordination, quantity take-offs, and digital workflows.
• Manage BIM documentation, model exchanges, and information management processes.
• Provide BIM training and technical support to project teams.
• Ensure compliance with client BIM requirements and Dubai BIM standards.
• Support project handover through accurate as-built models and digital documentation.
