Job summary

Gulf Contracting & Landscaping (GCL) in Dubai seeks an experienced BIM Coordinator – Building Projects to lead multidisciplinary model coordination on Dubai developments. You will drive clash detection, maintain BEP-aligned deliverables, and support design teams across architecture, structure, and MEP.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Diploma in engineering or architecture and 5+ years’ BIM coordination experience in UAE/GCC building projects.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture or related discipline.
• 5+ years of BIM coordination experience in building construction projects.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Experience with high-rise, commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate design issues using BIM software.
• Review and update BIM models based on project requirements and design changes.
• Support BIM Managers and project teams with model coordination and reporting.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, BEP, and client requirements.
• Prepare coordination reports, clash reports, and model review updates.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve BIM-related issues.
• Support the preparation of shop drawings, as-built models, and project documentation.
• Maintain accurate BIM files, model versions, and information exchanges.
