Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology is seeking an experienced BIM Architect in Dubai to lead architectural and interior detailing within a BIM workflow. You will develop detailed BIM models, generate coordinated drawings, and deliver high-quality visual outputs using Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and D5 Render across project stages.

The role requires strong coordination with designers, engineers, and consultants, plus a university degree in architecture and licensure if applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture and BIM coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in BIM software: Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 Render.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed BIM models for architectural and interior projects from concept through construction.
• Produce coordinated drawings, schedules, and documentation within the BIM environment.
• Prepare high quality visual outputs and design studies using SketchUp and D5 Render when required.
• Review and align specification sheets, material boards, and technical packages with BIM outputs.
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, and consultants for model accuracy and interdisciplinary integration.
• Prepare detailed sections, elevations, joinery details, millwork packages, RCPs, and technical layouts.
• Issue fully coordinated construction documentation and support shop drawing preparation.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, codes, and international best practices.
• Implement and maintain BIM standards, libraries, templates, and workflows across projects.
• Manage drawing logs, revisions, and QA/QC checks in accordance with studio procedures.
• Identify design/documentation conflicts and propose effective technical solutions.
• Support site and factory inspections for coordination verification when required.
• Collaborate with FF&E team to ensure technical and material specs are reflected in models and docs.

• Advanced proficiency in Revit; strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, D5 and Sketchup is required.
• Proven experience with luxury residential, retail, mixed-use development projects, master planning developments and large scale projects.
• Solid understanding of construction detailing, materials, FF&E integration, and model-based documentation.
• Experience managing drawing production workflows in a fast-paced, high-standard design environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• University degree/certificate in Architecture or a related field.
• Licensed Architect certificate (if applicable)
