Job summary

AECOM seeks a BIM / Digital Delivery Coordinator – Utilities to lead BIM coordination and information delivery for utility infrastructure projects in Dubai. The role interfaces with discipline leads, digital delivery teams and other disciplines to ensure coordinated models and drawings meet required standards.

You will own the information delivery plans, oversee model check processes, and drive quality assurance across BIM outputs while mentoring teams and supporting bids.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, architecture, GIS, geomatics or geography.
• 8+ years in BIM on infrastructure projects, including at least 3 years in a dedicated coordination role.
• Proven ISO 19650 delivery experience and coordinating more than two disciplines at once.
• Middle East consultancy experience preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination and information delivery for utility infrastructure projects.
• Act as the interface between utilities discipline, technical leads, digital delivery teams and other disciplines.
• Coordinate model delivery, clash resolution and issue resolution with documented evidence.
• Manage master information delivery plans and discipline task information delivery plans.
• Own model and drawing delivery into the coordinated environment.
• Provide internal training on authoring tools and support BIM capability in bids.
