Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator - Utilities in Dubai to lead multidisciplinary model coordination for utility infrastructure projects. You will manage clashes, information delivery, and model checks, interfacing with utility leads and digital delivery teams to ensure coordinated delivery in line with project standards and BIM requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, GIS, Geomatics, Geography, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of BIM experience on infrastructure projects.
• At least 3 years in a dedicated BIM coordination role.
• Proven experience delivering projects with ISO 19650.
• Ability to coordinate more than two disciplines simultaneously.
• Middle East consultancy experience preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead utilities discipline interface with technical leads and digital delivery teams.
• Coordinate across roads, landscape, structures, and other disciplines required by the project.
• Manage utilities model coordination space and information in the coordinated environment.
• Track clash detection, resolution, and outstanding coordination issues.
• Oversee BIM model production, geometry and attributes to meet standards.
• Apply ISO 19650 information management principles and delivery requirements.
