Job summary

Black & Grey HR is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler (Architecture) in Dubai to develop and coordinate architectural BIM models in line with project drawings, specifications, local authority requirements, and company BIM standards.

The role involves preparing detailed BIM models using Revit, producing drawings and construction documentation, and coordinating models with structural and MEP teams to resolve clashes while ensuring compliance with project standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Architecture/Engineering or related field.
• Proven BIM Modeler experience in construction or engineering projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, workflows and coordination processes.
• Experience in high-rise, commercial, residential or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop detailed architectural BIM models using Revit and other BIM software.
• Produce architectural drawings, shop drawings and construction documentation from BIM models.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, specifications and authority regulations.
• Update and maintain BIM models throughout project stages.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist BIM Coordinators and project teams with model reviews and design coordination.
• Maintain accurate model data templates and libraries.
• Ensure timely delivery of BIM models and project documentation.
• Support quantity take-offs and extraction of project-related information from BIM models.
