Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sr. BIM Coordinator to support the implementation of BIM standards and coordinate project models across multidisciplinary teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and efficiency of BIM deliverables while providing technical support to project teams throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Coordinate BIM models across architectural and engineering disciplines to ensure project consistency and accuracy.
• Monitor project models for compliance with BIM standards, project setup, naming conventions, and documentation requirements.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve BIM-related issues in collaboration with project teams.
• Manage project models within the BIM Cloud environment, ensuring files are properly organized, accessible, and up to date.
• Assist in developing BIM templates, libraries, and documentation standards.
• Support BIM software administration and assist with software updates, testing, and implementation.
• Utilize Dynamo or other parametric tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve project efficiency.

Project Delivery

• Work closely with the Design Team to produce high-quality BIM models and technical documentation.
• Prepare architectural models and detailed documentation throughout all project stages.
• Support the delivery of project packages from concept design through construction documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants and internal disciplines to ensure accurate model integration and reduce clashes.
• Perform model reviews and clash detection, working with project teams to resolve coordination issues.
• Assist the Technical Specialist and Project Architects in delivering major projects using BIM and CAD software.
• Prepare authority submission packages in accordance with project requirements.
• Support the integration of BIM workflows during the construction administration phase, including submittals, shop drawings, construction models, and schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and Expressions of Interest (EOIs) as required.

Training & Technical Support

• Provide day-to-day BIM technical support to project teams.
• Assist in delivering internal Revit and BIM training sessions for staff.
• Promote BIM best practices and encourage consistent application across projects.
• Support the BIM technology needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8-10 years of experience in BIM coordination within an architectural or multidisciplinary design practice.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM Collaborate Pro, or similar cloud-based collaboration platforms.
• Experience with Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection.
