Job summary

Sobha Realty is seeking an experienced Architect with strong BIM authoring capabilities using Revit. The role involves assisting in feasibility studies, producing presentation drawings, and ensuring compliance with Dubai's statutory requirements.

Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture with a minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience. Expertise in large-scale residential projects in the UAE and advanced BIM model skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of post‑graduate experience.
• Experience in working for projects in Dubai or UAE that involve complex, multiphase, large‑scale residential buildings/projects.
• Experience of working with Architectural and ID large‑scale BIM models (LOD 400 or LOMD 4) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in feasibility study of projects.
• Responsible for the production of presentation drawings for concepts based on project requirements.
• Production of detailed layouts and plans for projects under the supervision of senior architect.
• Site visits to ensure that work is being executed as per drawings.
• Maintenance of Common data environment and records pertaining to drawings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in feasibility study of projects.
• Responsible for the production of presentation drawings for concepts based on project requirements.
• Responsible for the production of documents and drawings required by various statutory bodies/government agencies, especially in Dubai.
• Production of detailed layouts and plans for projects under the supervision of senior architect.
• Production of drawing and related documents required by marketing team for printing brochures if needed.
• Site visits to ensure that work is being executed as per drawings.
• Maintenance of Common data environment and records pertaining to drawings.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 3+ years of post‑graduate experience.
• Experience in working for projects in Dubai or UAE that involve complex, multiphase, large‑scale residential buildings/projects.
