KONE Corporation in Sharjah is seeking a Customer Care Agent to be the main contact for external customer contacts, handling callouts, inbound queries, and outbound calls. • Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is required.
