Job summary

Aldar FW in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Document Controller (Bilingual) to manage document registration, issue control, transmittal and distribution on a major development program. The role requires enforcing document control procedures in line with project and client standards.

The incumbent will lead the control of drawings, specifications and correspondence, coordinating with Consultants and Contractors, and generating regular status reports while ensuring timely resolution of documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in document control or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior document control role.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and Arabic proficiency.
• Experience with MS Office and document control systems like Asite.

Responsibilities

• Control drawings, specifications, design records, standards, procedures, and supplier documents.
• Register, issue control, copying, distribution, and transmittal of documents.
• Provide updates on documentation statuses and reports.
• Coordinate with Consultants and Contractors document controllers.
• Communicate documentation issues clearly with the project team, consultants and contractors.
