Job summary

Halian is seeking a Document Controller based in Abu Dhabi to establish and manage an effective document control system. This role ensures compliance with operational standards while facilitating communication across project teams.

The ideal candidate should hold a degree in a relevant field and possess 2–4 years of experience in document control within construction or infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of experience in document control, preferably in construction.
• Experience in the UAE or GCC region is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain document control procedures.
• Administer and maintain EDMS platforms.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure document accuracy.
• Conduct regular audits of document control processes.
