Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Proven recruitment experience.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin mandatory.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
• Experience with UAE recruitment practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle end-to-end.
• Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and networks.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and hiring updates.
• Support local and international recruitment activities as required.
