Job summary

INFINOX Global in Dubai seeks a versatile IT & System Administrator to own critical business applications and provide hands-on onsite and remote IT support within a global team.

Fluency in both Arabic and English is required to effectively support users and stakeholders across the business. You will work with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, IAM, and VOIP while coordinating with the global IT function.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an IT support role.
• Proficient in Windows OS and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration.
• Experience in using ITSM platforms (DeskPro, ServiceNow or Jira).
• Excellent problem-solving and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• High communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English language.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on deskside support for Windows-based laptops and peripherals in a local office.
• Resolve L1/L2 tickets via the IT service desk (DeskPro, ServiceNow or Jira).
• Administer core platforms, including Microsoft 365 Entra ID/Intune and Google Workspace.
• Assist IAM and VOIP telephony support; manage access and permissions.
• Become SME for business applications and coordinate with third-party apps.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, document processes, and escalate to vendors as needed.
