Job summary

TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES seeks an experienced editorial leader to oversee Arabic and English content across digital and publication channels. You will drive content strategy, governance and quality assurance to ensure messaging reflects our priorities and tone.

Lead multilingual production, review high‑profile content with senior leadership, and translate strategy into actionable editorial plans. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 15 years of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with leadership in content strategy editorial management and multilingual content production.
• Strong command of Arabic and English with excellent editorial judgement and attention to detail.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders, multidisciplinary teams budgets and complex content requirements.
• Strong understanding of sensitive communications, cultural context and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, production and review of Arabic and English content across digital, corporate and publication channels.
• Develop editorial frameworks, style guidelines and quality standards to ensure consistent, accurate and culturally appropriate messaging.
• Review and approve high-profile content ensuring alignment with approved narratives and communication objectives.
• Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into effective editorial plans.
• Develop and deliver departmental objectives, operational plans, budgets and performance measures.
• Establish content policies, workflows and review processes driving continuous improvement in quality and delivery.
• Lead workforce planning, resource allocation and team performance coaching and developing editorial talent.
• Provide executive reports on departmental performance priorities and improvement initiatives.

About the Role

The role will lead content strategy editorial governance and quality assurance ensuring all written communications reflect the organisations strategic priorities tone and messaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning production and review of Arabic and English content across digital corporate and publication channels.
