Job summary

TalentOne in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Content Director to lead Arabic and English content across digital, corporate and publication channels. You will shape content strategy, governance and quality assurance to reflect the organization’s priorities and messaging.

You will guide senior stakeholders, manage multilingual editorial workflows and develop teams, budgets and measures to drive high-impact communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, political science, Arabic or English, content management or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience with leadership in content strategy and multilingual production.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong editorial judgement.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of sensitive communications and cultural context.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced editorialleader to oversee Arabic and English content production across multipleplatforms. The role will lead content strategy, editorial governance andquality assurance, ensuring all written communications reflect the organisation’sstrategic priorities, tone and messaging.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience
