Job summary

Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) seeks an Ecom Executive to own merchandising, pricing, and localization strategy across 10 GCC storefronts in English and Arabic. You will decide live content, guide the Ecom Executive’s build queue, and ensure brand consistency across channels.

The role requires 5-7 years in e-commerce merchandising, strong Arabic/English fluency, and a sharp eye for pricing, promotions, and catalog strategy within a fast-moving GCC retail calendar.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in e-commerce merchandising, trading or category management in GCC/MENA D2C or retail
• Fluent in Arabic and English (native or near-native Arabic preferred)
• Strong pricing, promotions and catalog strategy instincts for fast-moving retail calendars
• Experience with e-commerce CMS platforms (e.g. Magento)
• Comfort reading storefront performance data (conversion, AOV) to guide strategy
• Strong briefing and stakeholder management skills directing team execution
• High attention to localization quality and cultural nuance

Responsibilities

• Own merchandising strategy across 10 storefronts (EN & AR)
• Set catalog, pricing and promotions end-to-end in both languages
• Define and own Arabic localization standard and QA Arabic content
• Brief and direct build queue priorities for page updates
• Monitor Arabic vs English storefront conversion and AOV, adjust strategy
• Review Arabic marketing content for tone and cultural accuracy
• Partner with Senior Ecommerce Manager on category pricing and promo calendar
• Coordinate with Performance Marketing and CRM Senior Specialist on offers across channels
• Brief design agency on banners, promo pages and storefront visuals and review output against brand theme
