Job summary

Rituals is entering a new phase in the Middle East. Reporting to the Senior E-commerce Manager, you will own day-to-day trading, site merchandising and catalogue quality across markets in the Middle East.

You will coordinate product launches with Marketing and Retail, optimise content and search, and support SEO and CRM initiatives. Requires 4–6 years in e-commerce, a business-related degree and strong English; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Ecommerce or related discipline.
• 4–6 years of relevant e-commerce experience in retail, beauty, luxury or consumer goods.
• Hands-on experience in e-commerce trading/site merchandising and CMS platforms.
• Commercial and analytical mindset; comfortable with GA4, dashboards and Excel.
• Understanding of SEO, CRM, UX/CRO and omnichannel fulfilment fundamentals.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple markets and stakeholders with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day website trading and site merchandising across markets, ensuring optimised products, categories and content.
• Maintain catalogue and PDP quality, ensuring product data completeness and effective onsite search.
• Monitor daily/weekly e-commerce KPIs and identify issues and opportunities with recommended actions.
• Coordinate the e-commerce trading calendar, launches, campaigns and onsite activations with cross-functional teams.
• Support SEO, CRM planning and execution; translate calendar into customer communications and track results.
