Ideal candidates have 4–5 years of digital content, copywriting, and CRM experience, with strong English and Arabic writing skills and familiarity with SEO/SEM practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or similar.
• Approximately 4–5 years of professional digital content experience.
• Experience writing for websites, apps, emails, push notifications, and messaging channels.
• Strong English and Arabic writing skills for customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit customer-facing digital content for websites, apps, email and other channels.
• Adapt messages for different formats while preserving brand voice.
• Develop copy that drives engagement, discovery and conversion.
• Optimize content with SEO principles and search intent.
• Coordinate content requirements for launches, campaigns, and product releases.
• Collaborate with Digital Merchandising, Marketing, and Ecommerce teams.
• Create CRM content for email, mobile notifications, and messaging platforms.
• Review and improve readability, accuracy and commercial impact.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure publishing deadlines.
