Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced E-commerce Account Manager to onboard Arabic-speaking partners and drive rapid value realization. You will craft account plans for Arabic merchants, address inventory, fulfillment, and customer-service issues, and analyze sales data to boost revenue and conversions.

Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, English proficiency required, and 3–5 years of MENA e-commerce account management experience is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce account management, with a focus on the MENA region.
Native or near-native fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is mandatory; English proficiency is also essential.

Responsibilities

Spearhead onboarding and integration of new Arabic-speaking e-commerce partners, ensuring a seamless transition and rapid time-to-value.
Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to the unique needs and growth objectives of Arabic e-commerce merchants.
Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges faced by partners, such as inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service escalations, to minimize disruption and maximize satisfaction.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics for Arabic accounts, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth and improve conversion rates.
