Job summary

Al Tamimi & Company in Dubai is seeking a Bilingual Knowledge Lawyer for its Dispute Resolution practice. The role centers on knowledge management, content development, and adoption of innovative technologies within the team.

The successful candidate will draft precedents, provide training, and lead horizon-scanning of legal developments while coordinating with lawyers and trainees. A strong command of Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

Qualified lawyer registered with the appropriate regulatory authority.
Minimum 8 years of post‑qualification experience in dispute resolution (litigation/arbitration).
Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
Demonstrated ability to draft high‑quality legal content (precedents, practice notes, templates).
Strong research, drafting, and presentation skills.
Comfort with legal technology, AI tools, and knowledge‑management platforms.

Responsibilities

Liaise with the Dispute Resolution team to develop precedents, judgment summaries, templates, and practice notes.
Lead knowledge‑initiative projects, including know‑how meetings and precedent development.
Provide training, updates, and horizon‑scanning on legal developments.
Write, review, and edit high‑quality content for the practice.
Coordinate legal training programmes for lawyers, paralegals, trainees, and apprentices.
Promote adoption of AI‑driven tools and digital solutions.
Manage intranet and knowledge‑management system contributions.
Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing to produce articles, briefings, and newsletters.
