Job summary

TalentKraft Consulting is seeking an organized and motivated Purchase Coordinator to support our procurement operations in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on processing purchase requests, issuing POs, and ensuring timely deliveries with supplier coordination.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Procurement or related field, at least 2 years of purchasing experience, and strong English communication with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ purchasing/procurement experience.
• Good English communication & MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requests and prepare POs.
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and follow up on deliveries.
• Maintain procurement records and supplier documents.
• Coordinate with Stores, Finance, Projects & Engineering.
• Prepare procurement reports and ensure compliance with company procedures.
