Job summary

Confidential Company in Abu Dhabi seeks a procurement professional with 3–5 years UAE construction experience to manage end-to-end procurement for complex projects. You will source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors, obtain quotations, negotiate terms, and coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, QS, Warehouse and Finance to ensure timely procurement and delivery.

Strong relationships with suppliers and drive cost savings; fluent English essential, Arabic a plus; driving license

Qualifications

3–5 years of UAE construction procurement experience.
Experience in sourcing, purchasing, supplier evaluation, and negotiation.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle – Mandatory.
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end procurement process for construction projects.
Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors.
Obtain and compare quotations and negotiate competitive prices and terms.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, QS, Warehouse and Finance to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
Maintain strong supplier relationships and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Monitor orders, deliveries, market prices and supplier performance.
