Job summary

Sharjah Education Academy is seeking a bilingual Copywriter/Content Writer to develop high-quality Arabic and English content across marketing channels, programmes and events. You will translate briefs into engaging copy while preserving brand voice.

The role requires creativity, strong writing/editing skills, and the ability to work with stakeholders to turn complex topics into clear messages. Familiarity with UAE audiences is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Journalism, Arabic, English or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional copywriting/content-writing experience.
• Strong bilingual portfolio demonstrating creativity across formats and channels.
• Experience producing content for marketing, digital, institutional and event needs.
• Experience in agency, government, education, corporate or multi-brand environments desirable.
• Understanding of UAE/GCC audiences and cultural context preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, campaign messages, headlines and calls-to-action.
• Write Arabic and English content for social media, websites, email, ads and brochures.
• Adapt content to suit different brands, audiences, channels and objectives.
• Work with stakeholders to understand briefs and translate complex topics.
• Develop scripts, interview questions and talking points as needed.
• Ensure content is natural, culturally relevant and audience-appropriate.
• Collaborate with Creative, Digital and Multimedia teams to support the brand.
• Research, edit and proofread content for accuracy and clarity.
• Manage feedback and revisions within deadlines.
• Support consistent application of brand voice and editorial standards.
