Qualifications

• Proficient written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Review RFPs, RFQs and tender documents to identify scope, deliverables, deadlines and submission requirements.
• Prepare, write and coordinate technical and commercial proposals.
• Edit and proofread bid content for accuracy, consistency and presentation.
• Coordinate with management, design teams and internal stakeholders to gather submission information.
• Manage multiple bids and submission deadlines, ensuring all documents are completed on time.
• Maintain bid trackers, submission records and client responses.
• Prepare submission checklists and ensure proposals comply with client requirements.
