Job summary

Khadamat Facilities Management LLC is seeking a Bid Proposal Analyst to support our Bidding and Solutions function, leading the production of high-quality submissions from pre-qualification through to final tender submission. The role requires 3 years’ experience in bid support or related fields, strong proposal writing skills, and proficiency with AI tools and Adobe design software.

Fluency in English is essential, with Arabic as a desirable extra.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project support, bid support, or an analyst role within facilities management.
• Knowledge of hard and soft FM services and solutions.
• Experience using AI tools, graphic design software, and Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong proposal writing and presentation skills with fluent written and spoken English.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent coordination, research, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bid plans, meetings, stakeholder inputs, and client clarifications to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Write compelling, accurate, and visually engaging proposals meeting client requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Work with subject matter experts to support solution design and incorporate win themes, unique selling points, and case studies.
• Use AI tools, graphic design, and proposal software to develop professional submissions.
• Manage tender portals, document version control, governance records, and submission quality.
• Research competitors and market conditions, maintain bid knowledge libraries, and prepare operational handover packs.
