Innovations Global in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Bid Proposal Analyst to support bid management and proposal development within our Facilities Management practice. You will coordinate with SMEs, manage document preparation, and ensure timely submission across client portals and e-tendering platforms.
The role requires 3+ years in bid/proposal roles, strong English writing, and experience in facilities management. This on-site position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Experience: 3+ years relevant exp
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 15000 AED to 18000 AED
- 3+ years in Bid Management / Bid Support / Proposal Management / Bid Analyst / Project Support
- Experience in Facilities Management
- Exposure to Hard FM and Soft FM
- Strong experience in bid/proposal preparation and submission
- Experience managing client portals and e-tendering platforms
- Strong proposal writing and editing skills
- Experience coordinating with SMEs and cross-functional teams
- Strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of AI tools used for proposal/bid development
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Adobe InDesign / Illustrator / Photoshop
- MS Project / SharePoint / Visio
- Proposal/design/graphics experience
- APMP certification
- Experience with UAE/GCC FM tenders
- Experience handling government/semi-government tenders or major FM contracts
