Job summary

CITIC Middle East Contracting L.L.C. seeks an experienced Tender Manager to lead the preparation, review, pricing and submission of bids for major UAE construction projects, with a focus on high-rise, luxury residential, villas and mixed-use developments.

You will coordinate with estimation, QS, engineering, procurement and commercial teams, analyze BOQs and drawings, assess costs and risks, and liaise with clients and consultants to clarify notes and negotiate favorable terms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in construction tendering in UAE.
• Experience with high-rise, luxury residential, villas or mixed-use projects preferred.
• Knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, and UAE construction practices.

Skills

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction tendering, bidding, or estimation in UAE.
• Must be currently based in the UAE with experience in large-scale construction projects, preferably high-rise buildings, luxury residential developments, villas, or mixed-use projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, commercial evaluation, and UAE construction practices.
• Candidates in senior positions with extensive relevant experience will also be considered.
