Job summary

Rowad Modern Engineering in Abu Dhabi is seeking a technical coordinator to prepare and compile proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs and ITBs, and to coordinate with estimation, engineering and procurement teams.

The role involves reviewing tender documents, tracking deadlines, organizing pre-bid queries, and helping develop construction methodologies and execution plans to ensure timely and well-formatted submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or architectural engineering and 1–3 years in technical coordination within UAE construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and technical standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office and document management systems; BIM/Revit is an advantage.

• Track tender deadlines, clarification requests and ensure full compliance with client submission requirements
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs and summarize key technical and commercial requirements
• Organize pre-bid queries and follow up with consultants or clients on clarifications
• Assist in preparing technical write-ups, construction methodologies and project execution plans for submission
• Ensure that tender submissions are professionally formatted, complete and submitted on time

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in civil or architectural engineering. 1 3 years of experience in technical coordination, with proven experience in construction projects within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and technical standards
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office and document management systems; knowledge of BIM/Revit is an advantage
