Qualifications

• Valid UAE driving license required.
• Experience in luxury hotel or hospitality a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to drive and park various vehicle types (auto/manual).
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Physically fit to handle luggage.

Responsibilities

Job Overview:

The Bellman / Valet Parking Attendant will play a key role in providing a warm welcome to guests, ensuring their luggage is handled with care, and offering valet parking services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a friendly and professional first impression.
• Assist guests with luggage handling, including loading, unloading, and delivering to guest rooms.
• Provide valet parking services, ensuring vehicles are handled with utmost care and parked/retrieved promptly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and driveway areas.
• Offer information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing requests and concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate logs of parked and retrieved vehicles.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A valid UAE driving license is required.
• Proven experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to drive and park a variety of vehicles, including automatic and manual transmissions.
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to handle luggage of various sizes and weights.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
