Job summary

Salayel Hospitality seeks courteous Valet Attendants in Abu Dhabi to greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and keep parking areas organized. You will coordinate with Front Office and Security while maintaining brand standards and safety procedures.

The role requires a valid UAE driving license, ability to drive automatic and manual cars, and willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays in an outdoor hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Valet Attendant or in hospitality/service is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles.
• Good communication in English; Arabic or other languages an advantage.
• Physically fit to stand long hours outdoors.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.

• Maintain accurate key control and vehicle tracking procedures.
• Assist guests with directions, luggage support, and inquiries.

• Coordinate with Front Office, Security and Concierge teams.
• Deliver consistent service in line with Salayel Hospitality standards.

Job Overview

Salayel Hospitality is seeking courteous, professional, and responsible Valet Attendants to deliver a seamless arrival and departure experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of handling guest vehicles with care while maintaining brand and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing a professional first and last impression
• Safely park, retrieve, and position guest vehicles in designated areas
• Maintain accurate key control and vehicle tracking procedures
• Assist guests with directions, luggage support, and general inquiries when required
• Ensure driveways, entrances, and parking areas are kept clean and organized
• Follow all traffic, safety, and hotel operating procedures
• Report vehicle damage, incidents, or guest concerns to the supervisor immediately
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Security, and Concierge teams
• Deliver consistent service in line with Salayel Hospitality standards

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Valet Attendant or in a hospitality/service role is preferred
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of local roads and areas in Abu Dhabi
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage)
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and work outdoors
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
