Ennismore is seeking an entry-level Guest Services/Concierge in Dubai (Rixos Premium Dubai JBR) to greet guests, liaise with the front desk, assist with luggage, and provide information. The role involves maintaining lobby areas and supporting taxi bookings, with a focus on friendly, professional service.

No prior experience required; training provided. Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position in the United Arab Emirates.

Competenze

• Secondary / High school education.
• Good reading and oral proficiency in English language.
• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages advantageous.
• No experience is required; training will be provided.
• Good communication and customer contact skills.
• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team.

Mansioni

• Greet and welcome guests at the main entrance, use guest names when available.
• Liaise with front desk for arrivals and departures.
• Assist in driveway management, opening and closing of vehicles’ doors.
• Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage and equipment promptly.
• Provide information and other assistance to guests when required.
• Maintain cleanliness of the entrance and baggage room.
• Assist the concierge to book taxi upon guest request.
• Alert Security or Duty Manager of suspicious persons or articles in the lobby.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel products and services.

Job Description
