Job summary

Ennismore, in Ras al-Khaimah, UAE, seeks a housekeeping professional to maintain clean, hygienic, and professional standards in a luxury hotel setting. You will protect assets, ensure proper appearance, and support colleagues while handling laundry and linen processes.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience and a vocational or primary education background. Training on quality management and safety is expected, with duties spanning from cleaning to waste reduction and equipment

Qualifications

• Education: At least a primary school or vocational diploma.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the related field.
• Courses and Training: Prior attendance in courses and seminars in the related field.

Responsibilities

• Protects company tools, equipment, machines, or other assets in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensures uniform, nametags, and personal appearance are clean, hygienic, professional and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Performs other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
• Supports all co-workers and treats them with dignity and respect.
• Inspects linen and terry for damage and removes them from circulation as necessary.
• Separates soiled articles based on color, fabric, and cleaning technique requirements prior to washing or dry cleaning.
• Maintains accurate records of items washed, number of loads, and poundage of dry cleaning and laundry.
• Transports cart of washed articles to dryers and place in dryers according to load size.
• To implement his responsibilities in order to eliminate and collect waste in a proper way, reduce environmental pollution and harmful effects to the environment.
• Carries out all responsibilities related to the quality management systems implemented at the facilities
• Carries out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description.

Job Description

• To predict that all activities and to be purchased all equipment and belongings may create disease for the environment, to join all activities which is organized to protect biological diversity and shares the responsibilities, shares the individual responsibilities in order to increase environment knowledge and to carry on necessary trainings. To provide minimum consumption currently used all stuffs and equipment (paper, printed out etc.).
