Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Door Attendant for Front Services to join the resort's Front Services Bell & Door team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering assistance and a welcoming presence.
• Open doors for guests and assist with entry and exit from vehicles.
• Coordinate with bell attendants and valet staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals.
• Provide directions and information about the property and local area.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage when needed.
• Monitor the entrance area to ensure cleanliness, safety and order.
• Support VIP arrivals with personalized attention and discretion.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold brand service standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
• Assist in managing guest flow during peak arrival and departure times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles preferred.
