Job summary

Aldar Hospitality is seeking a Receptionist / Cashier at Mamsha Beach to welcome guests, manage registrations, process payments, and provide exceptional service at the beach entrance or reception.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in reception, cashiering, or customer service.
• Experience with POS systems and basic cash handling.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, reservation systems).
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures for beach access and reservations.
• Handle cash, credit cards, and digital payments accurately.
• Issue receipts, operate the POS system, and balance cash at shift end.
• Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and information about services.
• Coordinate with beach operations, F&B, and cabana teams to ensure service quality.
• Maintain a neat and welcoming reception area.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues when needed.
• Promote and upsell beach packages, cabanas, and services when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with policies and audit requirements.
