Job summary

Confidential in Dubai is seeking a Receptionist cum Cashier to welcome customers and visitors, manage front-desk duties, process payments, and maintain basic records with accuracy.

You will use basic MS Office, demonstrate good English communication, and handle cash with attention to detail. Freshers are welcome; UAE/GCC experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience as receptionist, cashier, or front desk is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers and visitors in a friendly manner.
• Handle front-desk and reception duties.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Manage cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Issue receipts and maintain daily cash records.
• Handle basic billing and cashier-related activities.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer information.
• Assist customers with general questions and requests.
• Coordinate with other departments when required.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception/cashier area.
• Report discrepancies or payment issues to the supervisor.
• Follow company policies and cash-handling procedures.
