Aldar Hospitality’s Kai Beach is seeking an Attendant, Beach to welcome guests, recommend food and drinks, and help keep service on track at a premier beach club.

The role requires 1–2 years in hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to work outdoors in sun and heat. Flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, are expected in a lively, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience, preferably in hospitality, beach clubs, or high-volume F&B outlets.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in high-temperature and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service with attention to detail and presentation.
• Welcome guests and escort them to tables for a warm, professional experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve promptly using POS or manual methods.
• Provide menu recommendations and upsell when appropriate.
• Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and ensure service accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, side stations, and dining areas per hygiene standards.
• Manage stock and supplies; minimize waste.
• Check guest IDs when serving alcohol in compliance with regulations.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to supervisors.
• Follow health, safety, and OHS policies and use protective equipment.
• Handle equipment and chemicals safely and store properly.
• Support team and perform additional duties to ensure smooth operations.

About the Job

An opportunity has risen at Kai Beach for Attendant, Beach . In this role, you’ll welcome our guests, recommend food and drink, and help keep service on track and up to standard. By tailoring each guest’s experience to their unique tastes, you’ll create memories as delightful as the dishes.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service, creating memorable dining experiences with attention to detail and presentation.
• Welcome guests, escort them to tables, and ensure a warm and professional service experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve items promptly using POS systems or manual methods.
• Provide menu recommendations, explain specials, and upsell when appropriate.
• Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and ensure accuracy of service delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, side stations, and dining areas in line with hygiene standards.
• Manage stock and supplies in assigned areas and minimize waste.
• Check guest identification when serving alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations.
• Report maintenance issues, low supplies, safety hazards, or incidents to supervisors immediately.
• Follow all health, safety, and OHS policies, using protective equipment and safe work practices at all times.
• Handle equipment and chemicals responsibly and ensure safe storage and usage.
• Support team members and perform additional duties as required to ensure smooth operations.
