La Petite Maison (LPM) seeks a Junior Sous Chef to help run the kitchen day to day at our Dubai beachside venue. You will lead sections, uphold high standards, and support the senior chefs during service and prep.

You bring kitchen experience at a senior chef de partie level or above, strong fundamentals, and a calm, organised approach under busy periods. This role offers competitive pay, medical insurance, and a pathway to contribute to a landmark opening.

Qualifications

• Experience as senior chef de partie level or above.
• Strong cooking fundamentals and consistency.
• Organised and calm when it is busy.
• A team player who helps others learn.
• Culinary training or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Help run kitchen sections during service.
• Keep quality, portioning and presentation consistent.
• Support stock control and reduce waste.
• Coach and support commis and demi chefs.
• Prepare for events and special requests.
• Keep hygiene and safety standards high.
