La Petite Maison in Dubai is seeking a Head Chef to lead our new beachfront restaurant. You will translate the French-Mediterranean menu into exceptional plates and oversee a large brigade, ensuring consistency and the LPM standard at every service.

You will manage food costs, develop seasonal ideas, train the team and uphold the highest hygiene and safety standards, while delivering unforgettable guest experiences by the sea.

Qualifications

• Senior kitchen leadership in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Strong French or Mediterranean cooking background.
• Leads and trains a cohesive kitchen team.
• Strong grip on cost control and consistency.
• Experience opening a new venue is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen and the full brigade.
