VayK Holiday Homes in Dubai is seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to grow our portfolio of high‑quality properties by building strong relationships with property owners and converting opportunities into long‑term clients. You will manage inbound and outbound leads to conversion, present our services, and work with operations and revenue teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

We offer AED 3,500 monthly salary with uncapped commissions, health insurance, and a fast‑growing Dubai

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales mindset with ability to close deals.
• Flexible and forward-thinking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional and confident with property owners.
• German, Arabic and Russian language skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound and outbound leads from initial contact through to conversion.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners.
• Present VayK’s property management services and value proposition.
• Prepare rental income forecasts and tailored proposals for potential clients.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and identify new business opportunities.
• Negotiate and close agreements with property owners.
• Maintain accurate lead and client information in our CRM.
• Work closely with the operations and revenue teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
